A project represents one end-customer collection. Transfer Box 1 today and Box 8 next week; eligible batches stay cumulative within the project. We coordinate controlled-launch transfers until self-service upload is available.
Corrupt, unreadable, unsupported, exact accidental duplicate, grossly unusable, and designated test files are excluded before billing.
A usable capture of a faded, grainy, poorly focused historical slide can remain billable on a best-effort basis. A defective digital capture may be rejected for recapture.
