Current reward
The current reward is $0.05 for each qualifying Base Restoration image purchased by an eligible directly referred account. A registration alone does not create a reward.
Who accepts these terms
The account sharing a referral link must accept the current program terms before new rewards can accrue under that version. A referred account does not join the compensation program or accept these terms merely because it registered through someone else’s link.
Direct attribution only
One referrer may be attached to an account at registration through the referral link or code. BurlyMingo is not responsible for researching, locating, combining, or retroactively attributing existing accounts, prior customers, related businesses, alternate registrations, or accounts that did not use the appropriate code.
Eligible transactions
Rewards apply only to paid Base Restoration line items specifically identified as eligible. Add-ons, new service lines, taxes, shipping, hardware, storage, rush charges, manual services, and other excluded line items are not automatically eligible.
When a reward is earned
Cleared payment for eligible work creates an earned reward. A configurable hold—currently 30 days—determines when that reward becomes available for payout. Refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, error, or terms violations cancel or reverse the related amount.
No downstream rewards
There are no second-level, recruitment, or downstream commissions. You earn only from qualifying transactions made by the single account directly and validly attributed to you.
Abuse
Self-referrals, artificial duplicate accounts, coordinated attribution manipulation, false endorsements, and attempts to combine related accounts are prohibited. Exceptional administrative corrections require documentation and audit history.
Disclosure
Participants who publicly recommend BurlyMingo while eligible for compensation must disclose the material relationship clearly with the endorsement. Suggested wording: “I may receive a referral payment if you use my referral link to register and later purchase qualifying BurlyMingo Heritage Base Restoration.”
Program changes
The Founding Partner Referral Program, reward rate, eligible services, attribution rules, payment methods, payout schedule, eligibility requirements, supported countries, tax-document requirements, and all other terms are subject to change, suspension, replacement, or termination at BurlyMingo’s discretion.
Participation does not create a vested, perpetual, or guaranteed right to rewards from future transactions, including future transactions made by an account previously attributed to the participant. Future transactions operate under the terms then in effect.
Successor rights
A successor, purchaser, affiliate, or acquiring entity may continue, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue the program and future reward obligations. Valid amounts already earned from completed paid transactions should be honored unless affected by fraud, error, refund, chargeback, reversal, or violation.
Ledger and payout administration
Reward records preserve the source invoice, line item, qualifying count, rate, currency, program version, states, dates, and adjustment reasons. Payout schedule, minimum threshold, method, supported countries, and tax requirements are configured operationally and may vary.
