Independent service relationship
BurlyMingo provides transactional restoration services to the account holder. It is not a franchise, employer, gig platform, licensing authority, equipment reseller, or guaranteed lead source. Account holders operate independently, control their customer relationship and retail pricing, and may use the service white label.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must be at least 18, provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials, and comply with available-country, payment, sanctions, tax, and legal restrictions. Registration is free. Equipment ownership and professional status are not conditions of registration.
Projects and submission rights
Each project represents one end-customer collection and may contain multiple batches. The submitting account warrants that it has permission to submit every file and authorize the requested processing. BurlyMingo does not require the end customer’s full identity.
Pricing and billing
Base Restoration is billed per accepted, processable image under the pricing-rule version attached to the calculation and invoice. Progressive tiers are marginal. Historical invoices are not recalculated under later pricing. Taxes, credits, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, and separately approved services appear as line items where applicable.
Restoration limits and content integrity
Results are limited by the surviving film and submitted capture. Base Restoration is source-preserving and non-generative: processing is applied to new working derivatives, does not overwrite the submitted source copy, and does not synthesize faces, objects, textures, missing areas, or replacement detail. BurlyMingo cannot guarantee historically perfect color or recover information that no longer exists or was never captured.
Enhanced Dust & Debris Cleanup may affect real image detail and is available only as an opt-in, separately estimated service. Any future service that may generate, replace, reconstruct, or substantially reinterpret visual content will be separate, clearly labeled, and require explicit selection. Base Restoration does not include unlimited manual repair, missing-area reconstruction, severe damage repair, historical research, manual identity verification, or unlimited subjective revision.
Files, delivery, and retention
The partner retains physical media and original captures. BurlyMingo receives working copies. Partners must maintain source backups and retrieve deliverables before the disclosed retention deadline. Security, fraud, dispute, support, or legal holds may delay deletion.
Payment and processing
Processing ordinarily begins after validation, accepted-count approval, and cleared payment. When enabled, Stripe hosts customer Checkout and may issue a Stripe receipt or hosted invoice; BurlyMingo’s stored invoice remains the record of the accepted count, pricing version, eligible services, and project balance. A browser return from Checkout is not proof of payment. BurlyMingo relies on the payment provider’s signed confirmation.
Large projects may be paid and processed by batch while retaining cumulative eligible project pricing. Refunds and reprocessing are governed by the specific service outcome and demonstrable failure, not unlimited preference changes. Refund and chargeback records are tied to the affected invoice lines and quantities where applicable.
Restoration data and system improvement
Performing Base Restoration necessarily creates technical processing records, including source compatibility and preflight results, restoration parameters and selections, pipeline and model versions, quality outcomes, and failure data. BurlyMingo may use these non-public operational records, and may evaluate project working copies during their disclosed retention window, to operate, validate, secure, and improve Heritage.
This does not transfer ownership of customer images, authorize public display, or create a right to retain recognizable source or derivative image content indefinitely. Source files and deliverables follow the disclosed retention policy. Public examples and retention of recognizable image content beyond that period for a separate corpus require separate written permission.
No earnings or lead promise
BurlyMingo does not guarantee customers, demand, revenue, profit, project frequency, or equipment suitability. The account holder makes independent business and pricing decisions.
Changes and availability
Services, prices, eligibility, capacity, turnaround messaging, and these terms may change prospectively. Versioned pricing, invoices, consents, and earned ledger entries preserve the terms of completed transactions as described in their governing records.
